Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from the first press, extracted only from Picual olives.

It is a full-bodied, lively, intense and warmly bitter oil with a strong character.

Recommended uses:

It enhances the flavor of fried foods, especially potatoes, and it is an excellent base for fried onion and tomato, and stews. It can also be savoured on toasts.
