The Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained in the first cold press from a combination of olives from different areas of the Mediterranean. Fruity taste of ripe olive with a light apple flavour, slightly spicy.

Recommended uses:

In all types of salad and vegetables; seasoned with grilled fish or meat, or simply on bread or toast instead of butter.
