Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the authentic juice of olives grown in the valleys of south-east Spain. It is made from a wise mixture of olives from centenary and younger olive trees which grow in a privileged climate near the Mediterranean sea. The oils are highly aromatic, fruity and fragrant, slightly bitter, full of flavour, noble and exquisite.
