With monovariety oils we can appreciate the taste and characteristics of the individual varieties of olives grown in the south-east of Spain. We also offer PREMIUM oils which reflect a coupage with the varieties typical of our area: cuquillo, blanquilla, picual, cornicabra del levante and arbequina.
