A selection of recipes for Mediterranean aperitifs, which reflects the essence of our gastronomy. Delicious on toast, with goat cheese or combined with dates, grapes, plums or dried apricots. Use your imagination!
As a pasta sauce: with tomato, anchovies, garlic, onion, lemon zest, basil and Parmesan cheese. As a base for vegetable omelettes (artichoke, aubergine, zucchini …) with cream, Gruyère cheese and cumin. As an accompaniment to main dishes such as roasted or grilled meat.
